The Sleep Sense™ Method, created by Dana Obleman in 2003, has already helped thousands of parents just like you teach their children healthy sleep habits. It was my strong belief in Dana’s system that inspired me to become a professional sleep consultant, and I look forward to helping you and your family achieve the same results that my recent clients have been enjoying. Here are some letters from them:

“Laura has been our nanny for the last year and not only is she amazing with our daughter who is now 13 months, but she has helped us a lot with sleep training. She has been sleeping through the night since she was 10 months old and takes 2 solid naps a day. We just lay her down in her crib and she goes to sleep in under 10 minutes with little fussing. I used to spend a lot of time trying to get her to sleep and if I made one wrong miss-step it would turn into a disaster. I had a lot of anxiety around nap times but now it’s not an issue. We also went cold turkey with the pacifier at 4 months. I learned that bad habits can be broken! Laura helped us through the whole process and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting. Life is good when mom and baby are sleeping.” – Kelsey B.

“Let me first start with a huge shoutout about Laura. She is genuine, kind, patient, and resourceful. She made our sleep training experience so much easier than expected and was cheering us on the entire time. We started sleep training early on our newborn Landon, around 6 weeks. Before we begun, he would take a pretty late nap in the day and would be up until 9-10pm each day and would only sleep a few hours at a time, in our room with us. We were exhausted to say the least! We were hesitant to start sleep training because we weren’t sure if we would stick to it. It definitely was hard work on our part but oh so worth the time and effort! It took us about 4 days (and nights!) before things started to click with Landon, which looking back is no time at all! He quickly learned to sleep in his own room, and sleeps 6-8 hours straight at a time now! His naps are improving so much too! It has allowed my husband and I to have our evenings together which is everything for our marriage. So thankful for that. Now that he sleeps so well, he is seriously the happiest baby and we love every minute we get to spend with him! It’s not a battle anymore! We would recommend seeing Laura for so many reasons, your happiness, the babies happiness, and your relationship with your partner. It has seriously been amazing for our little family! Thank you Laura!” Kirby S.

I contacted Laura after hearing glowing reviews from another first time mom in my moms group. My husband and I were so tired and desperate. Our six month old baby (who had never been a good sleeper anyway) had regressed in the worst way possible and was waking up every two hours needing to be nursed and rocked back to sleep. We hoped for a miracle, but were also really skeptical that anyone could help our stubborn baby fall asleep and stay asleep on her own. We had never EVER been successful with putting her down drowsy but awake and frankly doubted that her stubbornness with needing to be rocked to sleep could be overcome.

Well, Laura is a miracle worker. Within four days, our baby was sleeping 11 hours through the night! She learned to put herself to sleep at bedtime and put herself back to sleep if she woke up in the middle of the night – something my husband and I never thought would happen. The best part is that she is such a happier baby now! It turns out that she was sleep deprived too!

Working with Laura was 100% the best baby investment and decision we’ve made. Anyone can look up sleep training methods online these days, but Laura really took the time to understand our baby and come up with an individualized and easy-to-follow plan to set her up for sleep success, including helping us make adjustments to baby’s daytime schedule. As two people who hardly had functioning brain cells at that point, we needed our hands held and that’s exactly what Laura did. We can’t thank her or recommend her enough!” Mina B.

“Sleep training has been the greatest gift that my family has received! I am a single mother of four-year-old and 5-month-old daughters. Back when my eldest was only two, she started having difficulties getting herself to sleep. She would lie awake, play in her bed, and occasionally throw massive tantrums when she didn’t want to sleep. I had absolutely no idea how to address the issues we were having. I went into sleep training with an open mind, looking for tools and techniques to maneuver the ever-changing sleep routines of my kiddo. Laura was the greatest support I could have asked for. She took time to get all the details of what we were dealing with and made a point to prioritize my needs through the whole process. Soon enough, my two-year-old was falling asleep peacefully, sleeping 12 straight hours through the night, and taking one afternoon nap. When I had my second daughter, I knew I wanted to get started right away with sleep training. Adding a newborn to the family dynamic was a big adjustment and Laura was there for support every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgeable about circadian rhythms and the different kinds of sleep infants experience and require. By 6 weeks old my littlest was consistently sleeping 6-8 hour chunks at night, 8-10 hours by three months old, and now at five months she sleeps 11 hours before waking for a feed. Her daytime naps are consistent, and she has a regular eat, play, sleep routine. I put her down awake for every nap and bedtime and she never requires any sleep props to get herself to sleep. Busy Beezzz Sleep training has been an absolute godsend for my family. All three of us are getting the rest we need, and I feel much more equipped to properly care for my girls! I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone and everyone who has littles!” Abby G.

“My wife and I recently had our first child, a beautiful baby girl named Lucy. Before her birth we were busy talking to other couples with children and seeking advice about parenting and raising a newborn. A common theme that we noticed most parents mention was their sleep deprivation and resulting exhaustion once the baby arrives. We both decided this was an issue we wanted to be proactive about since we are both working professionals with an active lifestyle. Quality sleep is very valuable to us. We decided to use Laura’s sleep training services with hopes of avoiding the endless exhaustion we kept hearing about. When our baby arrived we quickly learned how tiring caring for our newborn was and how much sleep we were losing. One of our biggest fears was that we wouldn’t have any energy to continue to enjoy our active lifestyle that we used to love before Lucy was born. However, since we began working with Laura and using her strategies and supports, we are both very happy and surprised with how well everyone in our family sleeps. Lucy is now 4 months old and is able to take consistent naps during the day and sleep long peaceful stretches at night with minimal effort to put her down. Because of this, both my wife and I are able to benefit from longer and better quality sleep as well. Laura’s process is very thorough and she takes time to explain each step of the process, which helps ease the worries and uncertainties that we felt as new parents. She is both professional and caring and offers ongoing support throughout the process. I think that the financial investment is well worth the increased quality of life that comes from good sleep for both ourselves and our baby daughter. My wife and are both very grateful for Laura and her support and highly recommend using her sleep training services!Ryan G.
